During this conversation, we offer guidance on title calibration and compensation benchmarks to ensure your position opportunity is competitive in today’s market. This step lays the foundation for a focused, effective search tailored to your unique hiring goals.

3. Sourcing, Market-Mapping and Vetting Candidates

We match you with the right candidates using a proven research strategy, our proprietary sourcing team, and deep insight into the private equity landscape. Our robust tech stack includes an AI-powered ATS and a client portal that offers real-time, transparent updates on candidate progress. Every candidate is personally vetted through in-depth, one-on-one interviews, with a focus on experience, cultural fit, and long-term potential. 4. Candidate Assessment

A short list of candidates is determined based on experience, skills, and the assessment of values and culture. We spend a significant amount of time understanding professional transitions, experience, capabilities, and character, enabling the best match for your firm. We offer psychometric talent assessment tools, led by professionals with a mastery in a variety of assessment programs including the Hogan and Predictive Index.

5. Candidate Introduction

After creating a short list from our strategy-based recruiting process, we introduce you to the most aligned professionals for your role. The vast majority of our clients hire candidates from the first 5 introductions made. We provide guidance and recommendations, creating a uniquely personal candidate experience.

6. Complete Interview Coordination, Start to Finish

We handle all aspects of interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. 7. Weekly/Bimonthly Calibration Calls
